DOGFIGHT member MattStrube sent me a link to this video about the recreation of the 1940 BMW Kamm Coupe. BMW presented this beauty earlier this Spring at the concours d’elegance in Villa d’Este on Lake Como.

This recreation commemorates the 70th anniversary of BMW’s win at the Mille Miglia in 1940. The car’s whereabouts are unknown and left nothing for BMW to copy. This was no easy task, but in the end German engineering and fabrication won out. Check it…
