bob67,
Funny you should ask about Spencer, as I was gettin' ready to post. All in all, it went very well, although I do need to remake the front bumper (I spun and a current ROC Modified was just a leetle too close behind me and we both ended up with bent bumpers)! Car was a lot more up for the performance than I was, but I was more than happy with how it felt. Once I get my 60 yr. old body used to the abuse a race car gives out again, I think it'll be a lot of fun. Got 3 sessions and spun in 2 of 'em, but that's just getting the feel of the beast, IMO. Spencer's a flat 1/2 mile, and my best time was 22.01 / 81.781 mph ave. There's more there, if I dare! Lettering comes next!

This is a link to some pics that Dan Hall posted on RaceNY. My car is about the 5th or 6th one in, I think, and was taken on the backstretch. Prev. pics. I posted are from my crew chief, Dick Barrett.

Bill, the car looks great...you did good. Must have been a real rush to do some laps at Spencer. Are you going to be around on June 3rd or 4th? Were coming to Roch to visit my 94 yr old Mom and Kathys 50th Spencerport high school reunion. Send me your phone # and hopefully I can find time for a quick stop in and see your mod. Ter
37GM,
Being patient has never been one of my virtues, I'm afraid. I'm working on it though (and thanks for the kudos)!
