So have you found anything yet that tickles your fancy?

C5 corvette is probably the best "bang for the buck" deal going. You can find them in GREAT shape for $20k.

The new Mustang GT is a HELL of a performer for $31k base. It is a VERY competent track car.

The Fiat 500 Abarth is a kick in the pants for $22k decked out.

Sorry asleep at the wheel for a day or two..
I haven't done much hunting as of late.. work and life has gotten in the way big time...

Plus.. I had inherited a '03 V-6 Malibu that was my ol' Mom's.. so I've been using it for the short term. It's a higher end model with low miles.. looks Ok and gets pretty good milage and best of all for So Cal.. air conditioning.. but it's not a great "going to meeting car" and I think it's seen more off-roading and repairs than my '46 Power Wagon.. Mom liked to bang into things before she stopped driving... Also been trying to clear out some projects so I can throw a bit more cash at what ever I find ...

Looks like a fun ride in the Fiat Choptop.. Good to get the review...

Thanks for the interest in the hunt you Guys... need to get after it ...

But for me, a Fiat 500 should have the engine in the back driving the rear wheels.

So the only way I could own one, is when I could buy a wreck with a good driveline to go with it.
And but a second engine in the back...
Alex, you are a sick individual...my thoughts exactly...
